Hitesh Harduth is currently the Head and Product owner of Standard Bank’s Investor Services Securities Lending and Borrowing business. Standard Bank’s Investor Services business is a leading provider of securities lending, custody and related products and services to domestic and foreign institutional investors across fourteen sub-Saharan Africa markets.

Hitesh began his career at Standard Bank within the Investor Services operations area and brings 20 years of experience in the securities lending industry. Over the course of his tenure, he has held a range of roles, progressing from Settlements Officer to Collateral Manager within operations, and subsequently advancing from Junior Trader to Senior Trader on the Securities Lending Desk.

Hitesh holds a Business Management Diploma from Boston City Campus.He has held numerous positions at Standard Bank, from a Settlements officer to Collateral Manager in the operations area, then ascending from Jr. Trader to Senior Trader on the Lending Desk.
